By accessing and using Real Estate Sync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Real Estate Sync provides call tracking, transcription, and CRM integration services for real estate professionals. Our service includes phone number provisioning, call recording, AI transcription, and automated data synchronization with supported CRM systems.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service:

In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
To record calls without proper consent where required by law
To transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Call Recording and Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding call recording and consent in your jurisdiction. This includes obtaining necessary consent from call participants where required.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Real Estate Sync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real Estate Sync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
